We fund emergency food and essentials packages and deliver to those in desperate need within our community (often the same day).
Our official Food Bank partner is The Food Pantry at West Ardsley Methodist Church which is run weekly on a Friday afternoon but for urgent referrals we can often supply an emergency supply of food and essential items to help those in desperate need.
What we have done to help...
Provided Food & Essentials packages for individuals and families in need.
A team of volunteers making it possible to usually deliver the same day.
Supported lots of referrals from local schools and the local authority.
Signposted to support agencies to advise on more long-term support requirements.
