I accept the stall fee of £15 + Raffle prize and understand that payment is due upon confirmation. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is cancelled by WF3 Kindness.

The stall pitch is a max of 5m x 5m.

I understand that this is an outdoor event and that power is not available.

I understand that I will need to bring my own equipment (such as gazebo/table).
