WF3 KINDNESS RECEIVE £1000 BOOST TO SUPPORT THE LOCAL COMMUNITY
The Barratt & David Wilson Community Fund make a contribution to WF3 Kindness.
National housebuilder Barratt Developments have made a generous donation to WF3 Kindness, donating £1000 from the Barratt & David Wilson Community Fund which supports local charities working to improve the quality of life for those living in their area.
WF3 Kindness was nominated for a grant by Keelie Moorby, Manager of The Hare & Hounds, West Ardsley. Keelie said: “When I was approached by Matt to see if I knew any local charity that would benefit from a grant kindly provided by Barratt Homes I immediately thought of WF3 Kindness - between ourselves, them and the community Facebook page we have managed to save a lot of despair through these really hard times.
“WF3 Kindness provide a lot of support financially by raising money for local people and causes so this would be a perfect addition to their efforts.”

The cheque was delivered by Matt Owen, Engineering Manager at Barratt Developments who said: “We are fortunate to be able to build homes, but it takes people like Keelie and Dan to build communities. It is a privilege to be able to contribute towards WF3 Kindness with our community fund award”.
Dan Frank, Founder of WF3 Kindness said: “Thank you so much to Keelie for thinking of us in the first place and special thanks to Matt and the team from Barratts for this amazing donation which will make a huge difference to people in the community and help us continue our work. Without the generosity of people like Ian Ruthven (Barratts MD) and his team we would not be able to do the things we do, and help the people we have”
